Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will give you complete command over your email box accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a brand new email account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward mails from one electronic mail account to another, set up mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email boxes against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your email accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply select the email box account you would like to redirect mails from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
