Hepsia's File Manager section enables you to manage the content of your site with simple point & click maneuvers. Right-click shortcut menus offer fast access to various file management options, whereas convenient drag 'n' drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your PC in an instant. You will also find built-in file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to pack and unarchive files effortlessly too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your personal computer. The built-in drag & drop functionality will enable you to easily move files between your desktop computer and the server. Just select the file that you want to upload from your desktop computer and then drag it over to your browser. The same goes for downloading a file from the File Manager to your hard drive. Also, you can download files and even folders to your hard disk by pressing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager interface, you can create a new file or folder with only a click of the mouse. All action buttons are conveniently located above the file/folder list and you can edit your files easily. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to another folder, preview the contents of a file or change its permissions, erase a file, and so on.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager graphical user interface, you will be able to zip and unpack all types of files. It does work surprisingly fast - just select the files you want to pack and push the Compress button. You can even select the type of the new archive (.rar, .zip, and so on). It is just as easy to extract an archive file to a selected directory.
File Editors
With the File Manager user interface, you really do not need any third-party tools to modify your files. There is an image viewer, which allows you to view the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will actually appear on your website. Plus, you will find a set of integrated file editors, which will grant you total control over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are intended for more proficient users, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can view all source code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy individuals.
